Both of our partners advise on family law matters. Hayley Mullen has significant experience in residence and contact disputes, relocation disputes, matters requiring interdict and urgent orders. Legal aid can be offered in cases of this type but not if there are financial matters to be resolved.Hayley is regularly called upon to provide independent reports to the court in disputed cases involving children.

Tom Mullen has been advising on matters arising from divorce and separation for over 20 years. He can be contacted in relation to separations and divorce involving financial disputes or financial claims. He also provides advice on former cohabit financial claims.

We offer competitive rates, and will seek to resolve matters for you without recourse to the courts if possible. If the matter is already in court or requires court orders we can take immediate steps to draft and lodge the appropriate writ to secure your remedy.
